Returns and Refunds Policy

  1.  Introduction
    • This Returns and Refunds Policy (the Policy) applies to all physical merchandise (Products) sold by STAGE Pty Ltd (STAGE, we, us, our).
    • This Policy operates alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
  2. Change-of-Mind Returns
    • All Products are produced on a print-on-demand basis.
    • STAGE does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
      • (a) change of mind;
      • (b) incorrect size selection;
      • (c) ordering the wrong colour, design, or style;
      • (d) personal preference.
    • These limitations are standard for print-on-demand goods and consistent with the policies of our fulfillment partner, Print Locker.
  3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
    • If a Product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer must notify STAGE at support@vinhgiang.com within 14 days of delivery.
    • Customers must provide:
      • (a) clear photographic evidence of the issue;
      • (b) a written description of the defect;
      • (c) the order number.
    • Upon verification that the Product is defective or incorrect, Print Locker will issue a priority replacement at no cost to the customer.
    • Refunds are not provided for defective Products; replacement is the sole remedy.
    • STAGE may request the physical return of the defective Product, but this is generally not required.
  4. Undeliverable Parcels
    • Where a parcel is returned due to incorrect address information or failed delivery attempts, a reshipping fee applies.
    • Refunds are not available for undeliverable parcels.
  5. Consumer Law Rights
    • Nothing in this Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under:
      • (a) the Australian Consumer Law; or
      • (b) the consumer protection laws applicable in the customer’s jurisdiction.
  6. Governing Law
    • This Policy is governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
